On these play days I find him in the same position every time I get him. He has taken almost all of the toys out of his toy box, except his favorites for that day, and sits inside the box to play with them. I'll walk in seeing only his head and he will say, "Hi, Mom!"

Quiet Time
Every day, Korben is required to have "quiet time" and he knows it. Some days he takes a nap, and others he pulls every single toy out of the toy box and every book off the shelf. This is okay with me because on the play days, he knows that he has to stay in his room until I come and get him, thus making "quiet time" also "mommy time".
There is always a huge toy mess to clean up later, but it is totally worth it for the hour or so that I get to do whatever I want. Like blog. :) Thanks Korben for being such a good little boy!

How great that he will still co-operate with quiet time even if it isn't a nap.
He looks so cute in the trunk...such an innocent little face!
I think trouble on his shirt says it all. you boys are the best and we enjoy comeing over. i told jake if ours are half as cute and playful we will do just fine.
As I am struggling to have a little "me time" I think this is a great way to get some time and have him use his imagination. What a cutie!
