Remember Chip from Beauty and the Beast? You know, the cute little teacup that says "I'm not sleepy", at the same time he stifles a yawn?
Well, it seems that I have my own little "not sleepy" toddler running around these days. He refuses to take his naps and ends up playing in his room instead. This often results in tantrums later in the day, and on some days, a very awkwardly placed sleepyhead ...
Korben did the same thing when he moved from his crib to the twin bed, but eventually he started taking his naps again, so I'm patiently waiting the phase out with Logan.
In completely unrelated news, I took this picture of Logan the other day and I couldn't help but share it. Isn't he such a cutie!!!???

haha! love the sleeping photo's! how funny! Claira will do the same thing. She RARELY takes naps anymore... but, some days it's evident she really needs it! For example, we got her an icecream cone after dinner last night and she was about halfway through it when the eyes started rolling in the back of the head and she started slumping over! lol. If they only KNEW that we, as parents, actually DO know what's best for them! haha
Why is it that when we have to take naps we despise them...and now that its not really an option its all i want?

he is so cute. ayla went through a short stage of not taking naps and now she is back to sleeping 2 hours. peyton fortunately hasn't done that yet and still takes at least a 3 hour nap...i don't like no nap days! good luck hope he starts napping again soon!
You know how we're always talking about how Logan and Josh are so much alike? Well I hope that they differ in this area, because Josh stopped napping before he turned two. Keeping my fingers crossed for you :) Logan is adorable in that pic!
